So I decided it was time to strengthen up and regain my endless energy levels again. At first I was a bit nervous about this type of workout, but after meeting with Shneur and talking about my goals, I was assured that this program is worth my effort. I am one of those girls who asks "Why" all the time, and lucky for me, Shneur always has an answer. After teaching me proper form and giving me an understanding of the full body benefits kettle bell workouts offer, we set up a plan that will lead me directly to my target. I have to admit, that during the sessions I always feel like I am pushing myself to my limits, but afterwards I feel amazing!
He has taken the time to teach me the secret behind these key moves. It sounds simple but rings true, linking my body leads to optimal results. Although I am still using an 18lb kettle bell (for beginners) I am building strength, cardiovascular health, endurance, balance and toning my core with these one hour workouts 4 times a week. I certainly FEEL the difference, and I'm starting to see it too!!

I love SD Kettlebell Fitness! Shneur, the trainer, is AWESOME! If you are looking for a unique and fun workout style, this is it! I have never been the athletic type or enjoyed working out. In fact, I used to hate working out. Now I enjoy training with kettlebells and can't imagine going back to any other workout style!
A month ago, I found Shneur's mobile training with SD Kettlebell Fitness and after one session I fell in love with the style!
